2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We offer online live webinars & Masterclasses, online courses (Pre-recorded courses and digital programs),

online homeopathy consultations & mentorship services.

Our online homeopathy consultation service may include general nutrition and wellness advice as part of the consultation service.
Consultations are provided remotely and based on the information you provide at the time of booking and consultation.

Important: Our homeopathy consultation service do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed medical practitioner. Our nutrition advice is intended for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider or registered dietitian.

Content responsibility: In live session, all content shared by external experts or presenters is their own. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be 18 years or older to register to our website & purchase our online course, live webinar or book consultations for yourself.

  • Adults may book consultations on behalf of minors (under 18 years of age).

  • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

4. BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • As per our policy, cancellations are not permitted for any booking of a live webinar or a online course.

  • All bookings are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • Only homeopathy consultation can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at connect@homeopathyinpractice.co.uk.

  • Refunds:
    ➔ If you cancel online homeopathy consultation at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation time, you are eligible for a full refund.
    ➔ Cancellations for online homeopathy consultation made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

       ➔ No refund available for cancellation of booking for live webinar or online course.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.

 

5. USER ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION

  • Users must register using a valid email address or social login. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may update your profile and preferences in your account settings.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.

  • Users can view public profiles of other users and follow them, but cannot access private data.

 

6. PAYMENTS

  • Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments and PayPal.

  • We do not store full payment information (e.g., credit card numbers) on our servers.

  • All prices are displayed in [GBP or your chosen currency] and include applicable taxes where required.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
