This masterclass is designed to help you move from scattered information to a clearer, more structured and more clinically useful understanding of the Plant Kingdom.

Exploring the Lamiids, Solanales, Lamiales, Gentianales and Boraginales

You will explore how remedies within the same family reveal a common pattern, while still retaining their own individual expression. For example, remedies such as Belladonna, Hyoscyamus, Stramonium, Capsicum, Dulcamara and Tobacco may all help us understand Solanaceae, but each expresses the family in a different way.

 

You will study important and clinically useful plant families, including Solanaceae, Rubiaceae, Lamiaceae, Loganiaceae, Convolvulaceae, Oleaceae, Orobanchaceae, Plantaginaceae, Apocynaceae, Gentianaceae, Boraginaceae and Gelsemiaceae.

 

You will also explore the higher orders Solanales, Lamiales, Gentianales and Boraginales, and the wider class Lamiids.

 

Most importantly, you will see how this knowledge can be brought back into real casework through clinical cases from Dr Dinesh Chauhan’s practice.

​​​Sessions Breakdown

​

Session 1 - Foundations of the Multidimensional Module

​

The first session introduces the concept of Multidimensional Homeopathy and shows how different streams of homeopathic literature can be brought together when studying a remedy.

 

Dr Dinesh will explore Kentian materia medica, Boger-Boenninghausen methods, contemporary materia medica, thematic materia medica, keynote literature, repertorial material and provings.

 

You will learn how these different sources can help reveal the central core, central symptom, sensation, sphere of action, miasmatic expression, chemical understanding and Master Key of a remedy.

Session 2 - Master Key of Families - From Remedy to Family

​

The second session moves from the individual remedy to the family pattern.

 

Dr Dinesh will show how the Master Key of a family can be understood by studying polycrests, lesser-known remedies, rare remedies and new remedies together.

This session will include well-known families such as Solanaceae, Rubiaceae, Lamiaceae and Loganiaceae, as well as lesser-known families such as Convolvulaceae, Oleaceae, Orobanchaceae, Plantaginaceae, Apocynaceae, Gentianaceae and Boraginaceae.

 

The aim is to help you recognise what belongs to the individual remedy, and what belongs to the wider family.

 

Clinical Case Illustrations

 

Session 3 - Master Key of Higher Orders & Class (Lamiids)

​

The third session explores the higher orders Solanales, Lamiales, Gentianales and Boraginales, together with the Master Key of the class Lamiids.

This session is especially important for remedy differentiation, because in practice the difficulty is often not recognising a plant theme, but knowing which plant group the case belongs to.

 

Dr Dinesh will show how to differentiate between higher orders, between families, between subfamilies and tribes, and between the Plant Kingdom and other kingdoms.

 

Session 4 - Integration, Schema & Advanced Clinical Application

The final session brings the teaching together through Dr Dinesh Chauhan’s Thus Spoke the Plants Schema.

 

You will explore how remedy, family, subfamily, tribe, higher order and class can be mapped into a more coherent structure. This session will also connect Dr Dinesh’s approach with other existing plant modules, including the work of Dr Sankaran, Yakir and Vermeulen.

 

The emphasis will remain clinical throughout, with detailed cases showing case-taking, totality making, remedy understanding, choice making, scientific posology and follow-up criteria.

Each session includes recent clinical cases from Dr Dinesh Chauhan’s practice.

These cases are an essential part of the masterclass, because they show how the ideas are applied in real casework. You will see how Dr Dinesh moves from the patient’s expression to the totality, from the totality to remedy understanding, and from remedy understanding to posology and follow-up.
